Responder Rocky is a deceased Responder found near Morgantown Airport. He (and his key) are part of the patrol sent by Kesha McDermott in Safe for Work.
Background[]
Rocky held the key to the second supply cache volunteers would encounter on their second patrol.[1] He also requested that he needed more food for the processing center, causing food shipments from Flatwoods to be diverted to his location.[2]
