- One can be found on a locked safe at the top of the North Kanawha lookout tower.
Another variant could previously be found on a Scorched enemy in the Scorched Patrol random encounter in the Forest, though this random encounter was removed from the game.

A Scorchbeast came on us quick and quiet out of the night sky. We barely escaped with our lives, but now we've all got this sickness.
