It was available as a reward for completing the weekly challenge of "Stake your claim on the Wasteland" in Survival mode from May 7 to May 13, 2019.

The Resolute Veteran was a reward for completing the "Stake your claim on the Wasteland" weekly challenge in Survival mode. The requirements were as follows:

  • Build a turret, trap, or defensive structure in a workshop/C.A.M.P.
  • Claim a workshop
  • Kill a human-like creature
