Increases the firing rate of the Red Glare by 25%, thereby increasing shots per second from 4 to 5.

Sold by commissary terminals in the Divide.

This is one of three mods for the Red Glare weapon that must be purchased to get the Rocket's Red Glare achievement/trophy.
