The recipe is located at the Red Rock drug lab, slightly north of the location marker for Red Rock Canyon north of Goodsprings and received as a potential reward from Diane during Aba Daba Honeymoon by rescuing the Great Khan Anders from Cottonwood Cove and choosing the recipe instead of caps when returning to Diane.

Acquiring this recipe grants the ability to craft Turbo at a campfire, and requires the following:
- 50 Science skill level
- 1 broc flower
- 1 cazador poison gland
- 1 Jet
- 1 turpentine
