Locations
It is not possible to find this recipe in the game although the ability to craft insect repellent is learned automatically upon first completion of the repeatable quest Stings and Things as part of the "demonstrate bravery" stage of the The Order of the Tadpole quest.
Unlocks
The recipe would unlock crafting of insect repellent at a chemistry station.
