The note can be found at the Gleaming Depths, on a cart to the left, just before entering the chamber where the EN06 Guardian is fought during Raid: Gleaming Depths.

Marc, it's Hanley. What the hell is Raven LLC, and what do they want with our mine? Why would they buy us out just to close us? It don't make sense!
I thought AMS protected its techs, or I'd never have taken this job. This company's gone off the deep end! We're already a dozen bots per person. Soon there'll be none of us left!
