Transcripts[]

Part 1[]

Howdy, Got some new information for you, straight from the cesspool we call Highway Town. Hope your cap stash is deep, I want no more of that short-changing stuff you tried pulling last time, or we're gonna have a real problem.

Tip-off's

Info 1: A lone, unarmed traveller, as dumb as rocks stayed for a night or two. he was muttering some stuff about how he was heading toward Athens for a supply run. He mentioned he might camp near the Drive-In along the way, an easy mark for a robbery if there ever was one. Hell, he might even thank you for making his backpack lighter, the fool.

Part 2[]

Tip-offs

Info 2: A woman, a mother, perhaps? Or a tragic soul pretending to be one. She tried getting a hired gun down at the old bar. She was yapping at anyone in there, wanting them to clear out the chop shop to save her son. Rightly, the request fell on deaf ears, so in desperation the woman has gone and armed herself and is heading down there as we speak. We both know what's happened to her son, and what's gonna happen to her if she makes it there, and it ain't a happy ending. If you get to her first, she might be good for some quick cash, a new weapon, or, if you're feeling smart, some fresh labor.

Part 3[]

Tip-Offs

Info 3: Overheard a few deluded clowns talking about escaping the other night. Listen to this, they think they can bust through Checkpoint Canyon and make it to West Virginia. Idiots if you ask me. If it was me in your shoes, I'd be reinforcing that checkpoint in the next few days. Make sure your boys are ready and hell, maybe let one get through, so you can bring him back as an example to the rest.

Now, let's talk about money. You owe me, and I don't mean in favors. I don't want none of that "we're running low on funds this week" waffle. My cut, as usual, goes in the alley, and if I find so much as a cap missing, our transactions are done.
