Railroad dead drop instructions is a holotape in the Fallout 4 Creations content "Railroad's Clandestine Couture."

Sorry about all the extra hoops we're having you jump through, but we've got information saying some drop locations have been compromised, and worse yet, Institute agents have been posing as Railroad contacts.
That's why we're asking all field agents to take additional precautions.
I've left a suit in this dead drop. It has a Railsign on the right elbow that should identify you to friendly agents.
Your contact will be in the Third Rail, wearing a gray knit cap with a lantern on their left shoulder. When you identify each other, they'll say the following:
"You showed up just in the nick of time."
To which you should reply:
"You're lucky I got here when I did."
She'll then say:
"It's going to be all right then, I'm sure of it."
At which point, the agent will hand you an encrypted holotape. Use the password 'FREEDOM' to unlock it. It'll have instructions on the next pick up.
