The Raider representative is a member of the Crater Raiders who can be found at the Whitespring Refuge in Appalachia in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.
Background[]
The Raider representative is a cold and standoffish individual who says that he is merely keeping an eye on the Responders' operations at the Whitespring on behalf of Meg Groberg.[1] Unlike the Settler representative, he has not come to refuge seeking food or help, though he will not reject any food the refuge has for the people of Crater.[2] He would also prefer receiving chems or alcohol instead of food.[3] He maintains a "survival of the fittest" outlook and is against refugees from the Pitt flooding into Crater.[4]

Behind the scenes[]
The representative is voiced by Donovan Patton, who was best known for the role of host Joe on Blue's Clues from 2002-2006 (succeeding Steve Burns as Steve), before being cast in several voiceover roles.
