The Raider Lieutenant is an unnamed leader of raiders sent by Gargantua to conquer the village of Dirt Haven. He was a mean man who enjoys pain, both by torturing the tribesmen and because of his many sicknesses. He was slain by Midwestern Brotherhood of Steel initiates.

Raider leader appears only in Fallout Tactics demo.
