Radioman's note are two paper notes in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.

One of the notes is found inside the ruined radio tower, on the console. The version of the note depends on whether or not the quest Confidence Man has been completed.

I did it! I can't believe I actually managed to get my radio wired into the tower. The guy on the radio is a dufus but he's kind of funny. Better turn the sound down though, don't want to attract unwanted attention.
