Radian is a Cipher in Mesa Verde in 2253.
Background[]
He is suffering from nervous disorder colloquially known as High Desert Fever, characterized by tremors, and especially shaky hands. He works in the greenhouse but struggles with even simple tasks and can often be heard cursing.

- Cure Radian: The Prisoner can give him medicine to alleviate his nervous disorder or get him addicted to painkillers. The latter provides an option to enslave him or will eventually see him banished from Mesa Verde and appear in the slums of Hoover Dam.
