Radhogs are creatures encountered in the Burning Springs region of Appalachia in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

The radhog is the mutated descendant of pre-War swine commonly found in the Burning Springs region of Ohio. Before the Great War, feral pigs were considered an invasive species in Appalachia.[1]
