Quick Hands is a perk in Fallout 76.
It is exclusive to human players and cannot be equipped by ghoul players.

The Quick Hands perk gives the player an increasing chance for their weapon to instantly reload when it is emptied.

This perk can trigger back-to-back after consecutive reloads.
Bugs[]
Quick Hands does not seem to work for single-shot weapons, such as black powder pistols and rifles, and the Dragon. Crossbows and bows are also affected; the latter may sometimes function with the perk, but due to the bow's mechanics, it's functionally irrelevant.
