|1||AGI 8||In combat, there's no time to hesitate. You can reload all guns faster.||000221FC|
|2||AGI 8, LVL 28||Reloading guns costs no Action Points in V.A.T.S.||001D2478|
|3||AGI 8, LVL 40||Quick and efficient. You gain 10 additional Action Points.||0296BE|
The reload speed gained from taking rank one grants the player 35% faster reloading speed.
- This perk does not increase the cocking speed of the hunting rifle.
- Before investing in this perk, consider that rank 2's usefulness comes into question when considering how minor V.A.T.S. reload costs can be. Rank 3 of this perk is also superfluous if the player is still able to increase their Agility, as each Agility point also bestows +10 AP to the player -- in addition to improved sneaking and allowing access to the Blitz and Gun Fu perks.
The improved reload speed of rank 1 of this perk may stop working under certain circumstances. Getting into or exiting power armor seems to be a potential trigger. [verified]
- It can be remedied by switching/reequipping your current weapon or by entering/exiting power armor again if that was the initial cause.

Can trigger back-to-back (tested with an auto pipe rifle; triggered twice in one trigger pull, expending 15+15+15 rounds)
Does not seem to work for single shot weapons. Tested with a black powder pistol, rifle, Dragon, crossbow, bow. Bow it may "work" but due to the bow mechanics, it's functionally irrelevant.

When making a ranged attack, spending 2 AP may double the fire rate of the used weapon. However, a weapon with a fire rate of zero is still zero.
