Background[]
In May 2077, Camp McClintock switched from using human soldiers to train recruits to Mister Gutsy model robots, with only a single human sergeant, O'Malley, staying on to monitor them. The Quartermaster Gutsy was in charge of the base supply depot and distributed uniforms to new recruits. If the player character talks to him before speaking to Master Sergeant Gutsy, he will tell them to do so.
