The quantum gyro compensating lens is a muzzle weapon mod in Fallout 4.

When equipped on a laser gun and Institute laser, the weapon appears with the "Improved Targeting" prefix and a spherical metal attachment (laser gun) or four-point plastic apparatus (Institute laser) affixed to the end of the barrel. It reduces per-shot recoil and increases weapon accuracy at the cost of decreasing the effect range by -12. It serves as the tier 2 mod above the gyro compensating lens.

- It may appear equipped on laser guns and Institute lasers that spawn with super mutants, Gunners, Brotherhood soldiers, synths, and other NPCs or enemies.
- It may also be equipped on laser guns and Institute lasers sold by weapons vendors, including:
- Arturo Rodriguez at the Diamond City market
- KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor
- The synth requisition officer in the Institute
- Proctor Teagon onboard the Prydwen at Boston Airport.
- It can also be crafted at a weapons workbench.
