Quack Surgeon is a Charisma-based perk in Fallout 76.
Effects
Revive other players with liquor! This perk gives players the option to revive others with different kinds of liquor instead of stimpaks. The liquor will be selected at random. The button prompt will use the Reload button.

- ¹ Fermentable and vintage variants may be used by Quack Surgeon.
Notes
- Although it is a liquor, Nukashine and its variants cannot be utilized by Quack Surgeon.
Bugs
Although White Russian and Hard lemonade are crafted using vodka, they are missing the DrinkTypeLiquor keyword required to work with Quack Surgeon. [verified]
Although Sweetwater Special Blend is crafted using bourbon, it is missing the DrinkTypeLiquor keyword required to work with Quack Surgeon. [verified]
