The pulse capacitor is a weapon mod for the plasma caster in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders. It may also be used with regular (non-Enclave) Plasma guns.

A receiver modification with reduced damage and the ability to drain enemy power armor batteries. Each successful hit drains the current battery by 5%. Because enemies that use power armor are very scarce, this mod is almost exclusively used for PvP.
Crafting[]
Weapon modifications will modify an existing weapon, and any modifications previously equipped on the weapon will be destroyed, not unequipped. Loose mods cannot be crafted.

Craftable at any weapons workbench.
Notes[]
- A loose mod exists in the game files, but cannot be found in-game.
- This mod, when used on the plasma gun, makes the Explosive legendary effect very powerful.
