The psychic nullifier is a piece of headwear in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
It appears to be some sort of red headband, with a chin strap to hold it in place. There is only one, and it belongs to The Forecaster who is a child, thus can't be killed in an attempt to procure this item. It also can't be pickpocketed. The use of it is to most likely to subdue Psyker abilities inferred by the name and the user.
