Project Cobalt schematics is a schematics in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World. Collecting it unlocks several crafting recipes including Quantum and Cherry versions of the Nuka-grenade, upgrades for the Thirst Zapper and the weaponized Nuka-Cola ammo.

In the Secure beverageer lab beneath the World of Refreshment. Accessible after restoring the park's main power or through the Employee tunnels south east part walking through the irradiated ducts and hacking a novice terminal before restoring the power.
