The prisoner collar is a piece of neckwear in Fallout 76.
Characteristics
This metal collar goes around the neck and is intended to control prisoners and blow up when they attempt to escape. It continually flashes red, even when it has not been picked up yet.
Despite being designed to detonate if removed by an unauthorised person, it can be equipped and removed at will.
Locations
They can easily be found all over Eastern Regional Penitentiary, especially in the intake room.
