A traditional mortice key, used to unlock prison gates and shackles.

Locations

• Can be found on a hostile ghoul on the Dock holding pens. He is holed up behind some cover in front of the pens. It opens the pen's gate.
• Dropped by Blake, after being killed in the torture chamber. It unlocks Rhombus' shackles.
