Precious Medals is a side quest in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.

Speak to the robotic navigational guide, N.I.R.A., on the streets of Nuka-Town, and she will inform the Sole Survivor of a task undertaken by all guests to the park: collecting special park medallions from all the major parks in Nuka-World. If they do this, she'll give them a special reward.

Precious Medals is a simple collection quest that can be completed as a side activity during The Grand Tour since all the required locations are visited during the latter quest. Every location where a park medallion needs to be picked up has a park medallion dispenser close by. These waist-high gadgets are fairly inconspicuous, so a bit of searching may be required to find some of them.

Once all medallions have been acquired, return to N.I.R.A. for the reward consisting of one bottle of Nuka-Cola Dark, Nuka-Grape and Nuka-Cola Quantum each, as well as 75+ XP.

N.I.R.A. is necessary for the completion of the quest. If it is destroyed prior to completion, the quest will automatically fail.
Bugs[]
The quest may not recognize that any medallion(s) have been dispensed/received, if obtained prior to talking to N.I.R.A.; this may or may not prevent the quest from completing.[verified]
- The quest can be advanced with the console command SetStage DLC04SettlementFF02 200, return to N.I.R.A. to collect the reward. At times, this command doesn't work. Use SetStage DLC04SettlementFF02 300 to complete the quest.
- If the treehouse medallion was obtained prior to receiving the quest, it won't be checked on the quest log, but the Nuka-Racers medallion will not appear on the log. Collecting all medallions including the Nuka-Racers one will allow the quest to progress.
- The elevator to Cappy's treehouse can sometimes be activated without turning on the power to Nuka-World. This allows for the completion of the Precious Medals quest prior to the Nuka-World DLC's main quest conclusion. [verified]
