Power consumption report is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise.

The note can be found in the basement level of the Neapolitan Casino in Atlantic City. It is in a room next to two large generators, on a desk across from some consoles, next to a typewriter spawn. It is in the same room as the note advance payment, which is on a cabinet nearby.

The Neapolitan continues to comply with power rationing standards set forth by the Power Production & Management Division of the Atlantic City Municipal Government. I have also personally approved the power saving plans proposed by the management at the Neapolitan for the next 6 months. It should accommodate a 4% drop in service, meeting our projected generator downtime.
To address your concerns about the reported 8% overdraw, this can be attributed to an instrument failure.
Finding a pristine replacement these days is difficult. Rest assured; I correct for this error in my weekly reports.
