With a Legion reputation of good or better, the player character can get it from her. Additionally, with a minimum
Survival skill of 20, she can be told how to improve the recipe she is currently using.
The player character can then return to her once a day to get some free healing powder. If she has been given the better recipe, she will give the player character six healing powders.
