Powder Ganger deputies are former Powder Gangers reformed as peacekeepers for the town of Primm who were cut from Fallout: New Vegas.
Background[]
These five men are criminals who were imprisoned in the NCR Correctional Facility and became Powder Gangers. However, despite their background, Meyers believes they are honorable and seeking a chance to redeem themselves.[1]

Quests[]
- My Kind of Town: These five characters would spawn in Primm, presumably if Meyers was convinced to become the town's sheriff. There is nothing left in the game files that explicitly confirms this, but Meyers has an unused conversation where he talks to a group of former criminals turned deputies and convinces them to help him in Primm, which evidently refers to these characters. This conversation would have taken place at the emergency service railyard, which still has several unused marker objects connected to the quest.
- The deputies would spend the rest of the game patrolling Primm, much like the NCR troopers who patrol if the NCR takes control. Their patrol route takes them around the entire town, including passing over the highway and entering the NCR camp section.

- ↑ Meyers: "Okay, folks. I called you out here because I've grown to trust you. Primm, the town to the south, is looking for some new law. I know that you guys don't have experience with law enforcement{pause} at least not on the enforcement side. However I also know that you are honorable and looking for some redemption. This is our chance for redemption. Now let's head down there and bring them some law!"
