The Powder Gang plain outfit is a piece of clothing in Fallout: New Vegas
Characteristics [ ] One of four outfits worn by members of the Powder Gangers , the plain variant is more common compared to the guard armor , simple and soldier variants. When equipped, the outfit does not grant any Damage Threshold but is considered Powder Ganger faction armor. It can be repaired with the Powder Gang plain, simple, and soldier outfit variants, and, with the Jury Rigging perk , both light armor and other pieces in the "clothing" category.
The outfit consists of a white striped shirt under a blue jacket with a prisoner's number stitched on the left-hand breast pocket and "NCRCF" is printed on the back in white, which is faded and affixed at a slight angle. It is paired with striped, grey jeans secured with a brown belt and brown boots.
