The pommel horse is a constructible settlement object added with the Fallout 4 add-on Vault-Tec Workshop.
Characteristics[]
A pre-War gymnastics apparatus involving a user performing acrobatic techniques by gripping two handles on top and attempting not to touch the ground.
Upon interacting with it, the player character is granted a temporary +1 Agility boost until another attribute-enhancing utility is used. Constructing it will also grant a 2-point happiness boost in an allied settlement.

The pommel horse is located under Furniture → Miscellaneous in the workshop.

Notes[]
Settlers and companions may interact with and use a pommel horse when off-duty from their assigned tasks. Traveling merchants such as Doc Weathers and Lucas Miller will sometimes use the pommel horse if they enter a settlement with one, i.e. if said settlement has a trade caravan post.
