She runs her butcher's shop, Choice Chops, in the Diamond City market selling all kinds of meat and a few bullets. Polly spends her days chopping up meat to sell. However, she may not be entirely satisfied with her job butchering the brahmin she sells at her store, as she uses some of her spare time to compose poetry on her terminal, where she also expresses her enjoyment for dancing.
