Plastic explosives are a cut content Explosive in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. It can be seen in the weapons video of the bonus section from the main menu after completing the game.

It is a subversive charge in the form of two plastic explosives stapled with sticky tape, equipped with an electric detonator and a timer.
