Locations
- It can be obtained by level 50+ player characters as a reward for successfully completing a Daily Op
. Learning the plan will not prevent it being awarded again. - The plan is also sold by Minerva as part of her rotating inventory.
Unlocks
The plan unlocks crafting of the wendigo tube at a C.A.M.P. or workshop.
