Can be bought from Mortimer in The Crater Core for 1250 gold bullion with a Raiders reputation of at least Cautious. The plan will only appear in Mortimer's inventory if the account did not already unlock the reward at rank 5 of Season 2: Armor Ace.

This plan unlocks crafting of the weight bench at a C.A.M.P. or workshop.
