Plan: Plasma caster is a weapon plan in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.
Locations
- The plan can be purchased from Regs for 750 gold bullion after completing the main Wastelanders questline for the Settlers or Raiders.
- The plan is also sold by Minerva as part of her rotating inventory.
Unlocks
The plan allows the plasma caster to be crafted at a weapons workbench. It also allows legendary variants to be awarded from events and to be purchased from Purveyor Murmrgh.
