Plan: Hellstorm missile launcher is a weapon plan in Fallout 76, introduced in the Steel Dawn update.

- It can be obtained by level 50+ player characters as a reward for successfully completing a Daily Op
. Once learned, the plan will no longer drop from Daily Ops, thereby increasing the drop chances of other rare Daily Ops plans. - The plan is also sold by Minerva as part of her rotating inventory.
Unlocks[]
The plan unlocks crafting of the Hellstorm missile launcher at a weapons workbench. It also allows legendary variants to be awarded from events and to be purchased from Purveyor Murmrgh.
