Plan: Hellstorm missile launcher is a weapon plan in the Fallout 76 update Steel Dawn.
Location
- It can only be obtained by level 50+ player characters as a reward for successfully completing a Daily Op
. Once learned, the plan will no longer drop from Daily Ops, thereby increasing the drop chances of other rare Daily Ops plans.

Unlocks
The plan unlocks crafting of the Hellstorm missile launcher at a weapons workbench. It also allows legendary variants to be awarded from events and to be purchased from Purveyor Murmrgh.
