• After completing the main Wastelanders questline, the plan can be purchased from Samuel for 250 gold bullion with a Settlers reputation of at least Cautious.
• The plan is also sold by Minerva as part of her rotating inventory.

Unlocks

This plan unlocks crafting of the cattleprod at a weapons workbench. It also allows legendary variants to be awarded from events and to be purchased from Purveyor Murmrgh.
