- It can be obtained by level 50+ player characters as a reward for successfully completing a Daily Op.
- The plan is also sold by Minerva as part of her rotating inventory.
Unlocks[]
Learning the plan unlocks crafting of the Brotherhood recon helmet at an armor workbench.
Notes[]
Once learned, the plan will no longer drop from Daily Ops, thereby increasing the drop chances of other rare Daily Ops plans.
