- The plan was first given as a reward at rank 15 of The City of Steel, the tenth season. After the season concluded, it was added to Giuseppe's shop inventory.
- This plan was first implemented with the Wastelanders update alongside the auto axe itself, but was cut from the final release of the update. It was not introduced to the live game until Expeditions: The Pitt.
- The plan previously had a price of 1000 stamps, but this was reduced with Once in a Blue Moon.
