Has a 5% chance to be awarded upon completion of the Encryptid public event. The chances increase to 6.7%, 10% and 20% respectively as the player character learns one, two and three of the following plans:
If the account has the entitlement from the Nuclear Winter game mode or the player character has learned the plan, it cannot be awarded.
Unlocks
The plan unlocks crafting of the Hot Rod Shark paint mod for the 10mm pistol at a weapons workbench.
