The Pittsburgh Heritage Society was a lobbying body for Pittsburgh's heritage before the Great War.
Background[]
The Heritage Society was enraged at the renovation of the Pitt Bridge to mirror the south 10 street bridge further down the river. One of its members, Emily Weise, contacted the Pittsburgh Department of Public Works about renovating the bridge again, but bombs fell and that plan was swiftly lost in the chaos.[1]
Appearances[]
The Pittsburgh Heritage Society is mentioned in The Pitt.
