Pitt broadcast is a Radio Station run by the Slavers of The Pitt and broadcast from the Downtown area. The radio station plays motivational speeches from Ashur presumably to keep the morale of the Slaves high.
If the Lone Wanderer completes Free Labor in Werhner's favor, the station is reduced to static and white noise. Although there is a bug on the Xbox 360 where after completing the Free Labor quest it will remain active.
