The Pioneer Scouts recruiting poster is a workshop and world object in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
Background
A Pioneer Scouts advertisement, located several places throughout Appalachia, such as at train stations. Viewing the poster will start the Order of the Tadpole quest. It can also be built at one's C.A.M.P. after being purchased in the Atomic Shop.
