The pilot is a member of the Railroad in 2287.
Background[]
The Railroad pilot appears in the Commonwealth after the quest Rockets' Red Glare is completed. The pilot will fly a vertibird stolen by Tinker Tom after the destruction of the Prydwen and can be summoned with smoke grenades given by Drummer Boy or sold by Tinker Tom.
