The Piggy bank Fat Man is a weapon in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Makeshift Weapon Pack" and included in the next-gen update.

Similar to The Striker and the Nuka-nuke launcher from the Far Harbor and Nuka-World add-ons respectively, the Piggy bank Fat Man's special trait of firing piggy bank launcher bombs is the result of having a unique weapon mod attached to a standard Fat Man. This also means the mod can be removed and placed onto another Fat Man with a legendary effect, such as the unique weapon Big Boy. If the original mod is lost, sold, or scrapped, a new one can be crafted at a weapons workbench.

Location[]

The weapon is located on a rooftop in Cambridge near the bomb crater, carried by Marvin when he appears at the end of the quest When Pigs Fly and can be taken from his body after killing him whether or not to obtain the grenade launcher schematics while siding with Suggs (Marvin is hostile regardless).
