Pickman's calling card is a paper note in Fallout 4. The note features a short paragraph of text and a heart drawn with blood, presumably from the blood of the body on which the card was found.
Location
- The note can be found on nearly every raider corpse at the Pickman Gallery.
- On three raiders laying dead at the Cambridge Red Rocket gas station.
