For the Fallout 4 character, see Phyllis Daily. |
Phyllis (born 2216) is the resident medical assistant of Vault City, working under Dr. Troy in 2241.
Background
Usually found on the ground floor of Vault 8 in Vault City, the 25 year old Phyllis is a young, beautiful woman with a thin figure that smells faintly of antiseptic[1], due to her line of work. While she recognizes that the standard of living in her city is among the highest in the wastes, she harbors several doubts about it, typically related to the pressure to conform and mold into the society and the rather dull nature of everyday life - most activities are geared towards octogenarians, rather than young people.
Her naturally inquisitive nature is held back by doubts about the outside world instilled in her by the Citizens. However, should an intelligent fellow suggest it, she might just disregard those and see the world, or even date, although she is a rather dull and self centered person to interact with.
