Are you ready to throw off the shackles of your neurodynes?— Phil Roller

Phil Roller is a Hubologist in Nuka-World in 2287.

Phil is in charge of the "alignments" at the Hubologist camp, which are conducted using a "zeta equalizer" that clears the participant of their "neurodynes." Before one can be strapped into the chair to be treated, they must donate an increasing number of caps based on their AHS level.

Phil Roller appears only in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.

PCPC Playstation 4Playstation 4 Xbox OneXbox One After talking to Phil, if one sits in the zeta chair while Phil is seated in his, the Sole Survivor may get stuck with no way out of the chair with Phil sitting there doing nothing. Using the console to kill Phil will cause him to stand up and continue with the alignment. Reloading an older save and retrying may also resolve the issue. [verified]
