Peter D. Jessop is an actor who voiced Paladin Danse and Karl Oslow in Fallout 4. He also voiced male Fanatics in the Fallout 76 update Expeditions: The Pitt.[1]
Career[]
He is known for the voice of Miraak, the primary antagonist of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Dragonborn add-on prior to his role as Danse in Fallout 4.
Participation in the Fallout series[]
As an avid gamer, Jessop has played every game in the Fallout series. Because of the secretive nature of voice recording at the time, and that actors were not immediately told what project they were working on, Jessop was initially unaware of what project he was performing for when he began recording on Fallout 4. However, after reading a line that mentioned feral ghouls, he realized that it was a Fallout game and became excited.[2]

Peter Jessop: "I've played all the Fallout games, I'm a pretty addicted gamer. But the most exciting part to me was when I first got into the booth, we started doing the dialogue... and they don't tell you what the project is, what it's gonna be. And...I said, 'I see a group of ferals up there!' I was like, 'oh! This is Fallout! This is so great!' So that was very exciting to me."
