Pepperoni rolls are a consumable item in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.
Characteristics
A West Virginian staple, the pepperoni roll is a traditional provision for coal miners consisting of a bread roll baked with pepperoni in the middle, sometimes also including cheese.
In 2103, the post-War variant made by Rudy Fernandez's family bakery and sold by the Blue Ridge Caravan Company utilizes gulper intestines in place of pork pepperoni. Molly at The Crater has managed to obtain the recipe and will sell it once the Neighbourly reputation rank has been achieved with the Raiders.
